Are polarised sunglasses safe for kids?
Yes! Our UV400 polarised sunglasses block 99% of UVA and UVB rays, making them safe, stylish, and protective for little eyes.
What age are your sunglasses for?
Our sunnies are made for babies aged 6 months to 10 years - covering early years through primary school.
Are UV and polarised the same?
No. UV protection blocks harmful rays (ours are UV400, category 3), while polarisation reduces glare. Both are important for full sun safety.
HATS & CAPS
Should children wear hats outside?
Yes! A UPF50+ hat protects against 98% of UVA and UVB rays - essential for delicate skin in Australian sun.
What if my child won’t wear a hat?

How do I measure my child’s head?Wrap a soft tape around the head, just above the ears - snug but not tight. Match the cm to our size chart.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes - we offer a 30-day Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your hat or sunglasses don't fit or the sizing isn’t right, email us at hello@ombraandsole.com.au within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available on full-priced items only. We can’t refund for change of mind, but we’ll happily help you find the right fit.
